29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Warehouse: On or about December 8, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed machine operators to amputation hazards, in that the employer did not develop specific control of hazardous energy procedures for servicing and maintenance of machines including, but not limited to, panel saws, band saws and a "Holz-Her" Sprint 1329 edge bander where machine operators perform tasks such as changing belts and blades.
