29 CFR  1926.451(b)(2): Each scaffold platform and walkway shall be at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide.  a. Located at 4196 Holstein Drive in Columbus, Ohio: On or about December 9, 2020, an employee was performing framing work from a makeshift wall bracket scaffold on the exterior wall of the front porch. The two inch by six inch planks used as a platform were not at least 18 inches in width, thereby exposing the employee to an approximate eight foot fall hazard.
