29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(iv): At this job site, one or more fire extinguishers, rated not less than 2A, were not provided on each floor of the two story building under construction. On December 3, 2020, employees conducted decking operations on a newly framed, multilevel, residential construction building. The residential building did not have a fire extinguisher in place within the building, exposing employees to fire hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On December 3, 2020, employees conducted roofing operations without the use of fall protection, guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. Employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than six feet. The (Marco Antonio Luna) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number__1335095_, citation number_1_, item number_2_and was affirmed as a final order on (08-09-2018), with respect to a workplace located at 3505 Jose De La Paz, Laredo, TX 78040.
