Southwest Automotive Bays, Purple shield Gas Cylinder:  On or about December 8, 2020 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working around a full shielding gas cylinder (75% Argon, 25% Carbon Dioxide) with regulator attached that was not secured properly.
