29 CFR  1910.253(b)(2)(ii):Inside of buildings, cylinders were not stored in well-protected assigned locations to prevent knock over.  Employees were exposed to fire and explosion hazards. Employees engaged in activities within the maintenance shop were exposed to fire and explosion hazards in that an oxygen and acetylene tank were not stored in a location to prevent being knocked over. These cylinders were stored together in the maintenance shop against the maintenance shop wall unsecured.
