29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) This violation occurred on or about December 9, 2020, at the job-site located at 1003 Clydeview Drive, Forney, TX; where employees were doing roofing work while using a Metabo HPT nail gun, model number and serial number could not be obtained. Employees were not wearing safety glasses and were exposed to eye injuries.
