29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment was not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a) On December 10, 2020, employees without protective eye equipment were exposed to struck-by hazards while using pneumatic nail guns and performing residential roofing work.  Lake County Home Remodeling, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1446606, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 25, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 24755 Champion Dr., Plainfield, IL 60585.
