29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  On or about December 10, 2020, at the job site located at W194N16744 Eagle Dr., Jackson WI,  employees were using pneumatic nail guns to perform roofing work and and were not provided with eye protection, thereby exposing workers to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):"Unprotected sides and edges." Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level shall be protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  On or about December 10, 2020, at the job site located at W194N16744 Eagle Dr., Jackson WI,  employees were performing roofing work on a single story commercial building  without being tied off to an anchor point, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.
