29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (a) Parts Department : On or about December 11, 2020 and at times prior; employees add sulfuric acid to batteries. Exposure to sulfuric acid can lead to burns and irritation of skin and eyes. (b) Service Department: On or about December 11, 2020 and at times prior; employees change oil and coolant on tractors. Exposure to oil and coolant can lead to skin and eye irritation. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
