29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(v): The safety monitor had other responsibilities which could take the monitor's attention from the monitoring function: (a) On December 11, 2020, for the employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet, while making repairs to a low-slope, metal clad roof where the owner of 7 Yescas Roofing, acting as the Safety Monitor, was leaning over the edge of the roof working on flashing at or near 1341 South 12th Street in Bismarck, North Dakota.
