29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1):The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a. On or about December 14, 2020, and at times prior, in the injection molding department, employees operating the 3-ton overhead crane to move steel thermoplastic molds were exposed to head injury hazards in that they were not provided hard hats.
