29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(B): Affected employees were not instructed in the purpose and use of the energy control procedure: a) Mobile Asphalt Company Asphalt Plant, 21650 Doc McDuffie Road, Foley AL : On or about December 15, 2020, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure that affected employees working in close proximity to equipment where servicing and maintenance occurs had been provided with training on the purpose and use of the energy control procedures exposing employees to caught-in and struck-by hazards.
