29 CFR 1910.1001(e)(2):Regulated areas were not demarcated from the rest of the workplace in any manner that minimized the number of persons who would be exposed to asbestos. On or about December 15, 2020, non-friable asbestos floor tile installed by the Men's restroom and lunchroom entrance was found to be crushed, broken and/or destroyed and was not demarcated from the rest of the building floor tile. This condition exposed employees to health hazards.
