29 CFR 1926.502(g)(1): When used to control access to areas where leading edge and other operations are taking place the controlled access zone was not defined by a control line or by any other means that restricts access. a) At 30 Kent Street, Brooklyn, N.Y. - 11th floor by column 32: On or about July 20, 2020, an employee of subcontractor was on a platform 90 feet above the lower level that was inside a controlled access zone. The controlled access zone was not defined by a control line or by other means that restrict access. The employee fell from the eleventh floor to the second floor.
