29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: a) Clubhouse, 188 S Umbria Hills Ave, Meridian, ID 83642: On December 16, 2020; employees performing framing activities were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a 6/12 pitch wood framed structure without a means of fall protection. Employees were exposed to fall hazards from varied heights between 11' 4" to 14' . Mirzon Construction LLP was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1415256, citation number 1 item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/27/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1961 W Franklin Road, Meridian, ID 83642.
