29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) 999 North Dupont Highway, Milford, DE: On or about 12/17/2020, the employer failed to ensure that employees were attaching themselves to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. Two employees were using an aerial lift to access the front of the building and roof to install a sign working approximately 20 to 29 feet above grade.
