29 CFR  1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked for the forklifts route, exposing the employees to struck by hazards:  On or about 12/17/20, at 1141 SW 12th Avenue, Pompano Beach, FL, 33069 at a shipping and receiving warehouse, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when powered industrial truck operators were driving forklifts without having a marked route to follow and to separate them from warehouse workers.
