The employer did not have an emergency action plan nor provide to employees information containing any portion of paragraph (c) of this standard to follow in an event an emergency arises.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A):For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts (as measured from the live parts where they were exposed or from the enclosure front or opening where they were enclosed) was less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S of Part 1910: a) 700 East Chester Pike, Ridley Park, Pennsylvania - The employer did not ensure that at least three (3) feet of clearance was maintained around an energized (120v) electrical distribution panel. Employees were required to remove the door and dead-front from the electrical distribution panel due to overhead cabinets on a perpendicular wall preventing the door to the panel from being opened, and thereby exposing employees to energized parts. Observed on or about 13 DEC 2020.
