29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about December 18, 2020, and at times prior thereto at 1100 Morning Dove Dr., Flower Mound TX 75029, employees engaged in decking activities were not provided fall protection and exposed to an unprotected fall hazard approximately 10 feet. Juan Velez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1137974, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on May 26, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 8637 Timber Dr.,North Richland Hills, TX 76182.
