Labels and other forms of warning as specified in paragraph 29 CFR 1910.1200 (f)     2. Safety data Sheets as specified in paragraph 29 CFR 1910.1200 (g)     3. Employee information and training as specified in paragraph 29 CFR 1910.1200 (h)  On or about May 7, 2021, employees were exposed to physical and health hazards  when working with cleaning and lubricating solutions, CLC Clean 749 FD 22 and MicroSol 585XT.  The employer  did not develop or implement a Hazard Communications program that included the above mentioned elements.     Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of CFR 1903.19(d).
