29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  At jobsite located 2814 E. Madison Bldg 2300 Derby, KS, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to gasoline, asphalt shingles, and adhesive, which can cause skin and eye irritation, vision loss, and loss of consciousness in that the employer had not developed and implemented a written comprehensive hazard communication program.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

Madison Bldg 2300 Derby, KS, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to gasoline, asphalt shingles, and adhesive, which can cause skin and eye irritation, vision loss, and loss of consciousness in that the employer did not maintain the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical used at the workplace.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

29 CFR  1910.1200(h)(1):Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  At jobsite located 2814 E. Madison Bldg 2300 Derby, KS, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to gasoline, asphalt shingles, and adhesive, which can cause skin and eye irritation, vision loss, and loss of consciousness in that the employer had not provided employees with effective information and training on the hazardous chemicals in their workplace.  29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
