29 CFR 1904.29(b)(3): Each recordable injury or illness on the OSHA 300 Log and 301 Incident Report was not recorded within seven (7) calendar days of receiving information that a recordable injury or illness has occurred:  (a)  On or about December 11, 2020, and at times prior, where the employer failed to record an injury or illness on or at subsequent intervals thereafter when they learned of the work related illness for employees exposed to COVID-19 where the employer did not fully investigate the means of exposure to determine work relatedness at 3102 South University Drive in Fargo, North Dakota.
