29 CFR 1910.176(b):Secure storage. Storage of material shall not create a hazard. Bags, containers, bundles, etc., stored in tiers shall be stacked, blocked, interlocked and limited in height so that they are stable and secure against sliding or collapse: a) On or about December 23, 2020, the employer had seven damaged support legs and five support legs not anchored to the floor on the north side pallet racking unit in Warehouse Room 6. b) On or about December 23, 2020, the employer had support legs that were damaged and 15 support legs that were not anchored to the floor on the south side pallet racking unit in Warehouse Room 6.
