Listed, labeled, or certified equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification: On December 18, 2020, at this jobsite, the employer permitted employees to perform the tile installations while laying series of extension cords laying in the wet floor , exposed the employees to electric shock.
