(b)  New residential construction located on Lot #25 at 600 Martha Way, Alpharetta, GA 30005, First floor stairwell to basement: On or about 12/23/2020, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 10-feet, 2-inches from the lower concrete slab below, in that a fall protection system was not provided along the walking/working surface of the first level in a location near the stairway being accessed by the framers.  Chuy's Construction Service Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1341049, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/10/2018, with respect to a workplace located at Crescent Landing Subdivision (Lot 79) 6275 Latana Village Way, Cumming,GA.
