On or about December 23, 2020,  in the production area, employees were required to operate Punch Press #2  on a daily basis. The employer failed to provide adequate guarding for Punch Press #2. Employees were thereby exposed to the hazards associated with unguarded points of operation during the operating cycles.  b.
