29 CFR  OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to falls while using an elevating platform that was defective:  On or about December 28, 2020 and at times prior to, employees performing maintenance activities were exposed to fall hazards while being lifted in an elevated platform with the use of a powered industrial truck. The elevated platform was missing a midrail, did not indicate the maximum work load including personnel and equipment, the weight of the empty platform, or the minimum capacity of the truck on which the platform could be used in accordance with ANSI B56.1-2012, American National Standard for Safety Standard for Low Lift and High Lift Trucks, Section 7.37.
