Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment:  On or about December 24, 2020 employees were exposed to an electrical hazard.  The most exposed employees were the forklift operators due to the high amount of traffic that is conducted on a daily basis for the transport of produce internally.  The front of the electrical panel was blocked and was less than 3 feet from a clear opening.

The machine was in full operation while the machine was being sanitized.
