29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2):Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) was used: a) Skilled Nursing Rehab Care Center, doing business as SKLD Bryan, located at 1104 Wesley Avenue in Bryan Ohio, 43506 On or about December 30, 2020, and at times thereafter, the employer did not provide a fit test to employees required to don N95 respirators when a change in the make of provided N95 respirators was made. The employer required employees to wear Makrite Sekura N95 filtering facepiece respirators to protect against the SARS-CoV-2 virus while providing care to suspected and confirmed positive COVID-19 residents.
