29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) Jobsite, 2984 Sidney Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15203: Observed on or about December 23, 2020, employees engaged in concrete work on exterior balconies on the fifth floor on the southwest side of the building were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 48 feet to the ground below.
