29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1):Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c). Location: 87 Bourne Rotary N Bourne, MA On or about January 5, 2021 employees were exposed to struck by hazards, resulting from a possible trench collapse, were adequate protective system was not in place. The LAWRENCE-LYNCH CORP. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1317272, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/12/2018, with respect to a workplace located at 317 Falmouth Road HYANNIS, MA 02601.
