29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Employers did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use: At jobsite located 5374 N. Rockspring Bel Aire KS, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to gasoline, asphalt shingles, and adhesive, which can cause skin and eye irritation, vision loss, and loss of consciousness in that the employer did not maintain the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical used at the workplace. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete.

Rockspring Bel Aire KS, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to gasoline, asphalt shingles, and adhesive, which can cause skin and eye irritation, vision loss, and loss of consciousness in that the employer had not provided employees with effective information and training on the hazardous chemicals in their workplace. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete
