29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a. 373 Shattuck Way, Newington, NH - On or about January 5, 2021, employees installing metal roofing on the building were exposed to falling at least 10 feet to the ground, and the employer failed to ensure that an appropriate fall protection system was used.
