29 CFR 1926.416(a)(1):Employees were permitted to work in proximity to electric power circuits and were not protected against electric shock by de-energizing and grounding the circuits or effectively guarding the circuits by insulation or other means: On or about 12/29/2020, at 647 NE 4th Ave. Fort Lauderdale, FL, an employee was exposed to an electrocution hazard when vehicle mounted aerial lift equipment was elevated beneath 7.6KV overhead power line.
