(a)  Mt Airy Lumber Company, LLC - Saw Mill - An employee was transferred to the Gang Saw to work as a Helper and was not retrained prior to the change in job assignment on December 28, 2020.  The retraining was needed because the Helper position made the employee an affected employee and he had not performed the Helper job before, on or about January 5, 2021.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
