On or about January 5, 2021, at 7900 North Florida Ave, Tampa, FL 33604, employees were exposed to a struck by hazard during the installation of over 60 foot wooden roof trusses, in that, the truss installation process did not follow installation and bracing requirements as addressed in Building Component Safety Information (BSCI) data sheets B2, B3 and B11.
