29 CFR  1903.19(c)(1): Within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, the employer must certify to OSHA (the Agency) that each cited violation has been abated, except as provided in paragraph (c)(2) of this section.  a)	Warehouse: On January 5, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical burn and inhalation hazards in that the employer did not develop a written hazard communication program as employees handled liquid propane tanks to refuel forklifts.  b)	Warehouse: On January 5, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical burn and inhalation hazards in that the employer did not have  the safety data sheets for the liquid propane that employees used to refuel forklifts.  c)	Warehouse: On January 5, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical burn and inhalation hazards in that the employer did not provide training to employees on the liquid propane they use to refuel forklifts.
