29 CFR  1926.21(b)(2):The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  A) EWR Airport Terminal A Gate 1, Elizabeth, NJ 07201  Employees engaged in the removal of an EFCO formwork system were not instructed in the  hazards associated with the task and the steps to mitigate and/or eliminate the hazard. A section of the formwork system fell and injured two employees.   Exposure occurred on or prior to 1/7/2021
