29 CFR  1910.303(g)(1)(i)(A): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the depth of the working space in the direction of access to live parts (as measured from the live parts where they were exposed or from the enclosure front or opening whwere they were enclosed) was less than indicated in Table S-1 of Subpart S of Part 1910:   On or about January 7, 2021, employees were exposed to electric shock hazards and burns because three electrical panels in the back room near the ice maker were blocked and could not be accessed in the event of an emergency.

29 CFR  1926.850(a): An engineering survey was not performed by a competent person to determine the conditions of the framing floors and walls and the possibility of unplanned collapse of any portion of the structure prior to permitting employees to start demolition operations:  On or about January 7, 2021, employees were exposed to falling debris and crushing hazards because the employer was performing demolition work and did not perform an engineering survey of the structure before work began.
