At the site located at 12205 Narcoossee Rd., Orlando, FL.: On or about January 6, 2021, employees were exposed to fall hazards when the employer did not inspect temporary guardrails for proper installation, prior to conducting work on a second story apartment unit, located approximately 12 feet above ground level.
