NoFo Brewery & Distillery, LLC DBA NoFo Brew Company, located at 6150 Georgia 400, Suite A, Cumming, GA  - On or about 01/12/2021, employees were provided and used products such as, but not limited to  (#9525) containing nitric acid and phosphoric acid, (#239HP) containing hydrogen peroxide, (#3022) containing sodium hydroxide, (#50286) containing sodium hydroxide, (#9520) containing nitric acid, and Bioside HS containing hydrogen peroxide, peroxyacetic acid, and acetic acid.  The eye wash was not available for immediate emergency use to flush eyes and the body due to lack of inspections and water changes were not conducted, as required by the manufacturer.
