Langhorne, PA 19047- On or about January 8, 2021, an employee was utilizing a nail gun during roofing operations without any form of eye protection. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Langhorne, PA 19047 - On or about January 8, 2021, employees were utilizing a portable ladder, which only extended approximately 1 foot above the upper landing surface of the roof. The ladder was pitched up against the roof on the front side of the residential home roughly 20 feet above grade. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date, and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
