29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Building 1, South Wall: On or about January 13, 2021, and at times prior, employees were exposed to machine hazards, in that access to the main electrical disconnects for equipment including, but not limited to, the Pallet Maker 2 (GBN 2) was obstructed by a wooden bench which may delay or prevent isolation of electrical supply in an emergency involving the machine(s).
