29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17):The attachment point of the body belt was not located in the center of the wearer's back. The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. a. On or about January 12, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee conducting residential roofing operations was not wearing personal fall arrest system (PFAS) with the attachment point at the employee's back, at a fall height for ten (10) foot eight (8) inches above the ground, thereby exposing the employee to the hazards associated with falls.
