29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a-790 Wynetta Place, Paramus NJ (Framed Edge): CSHO observed employees engaged in framing activities exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12ft to the concrete below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition noted on or about 01/14/2021. AJM Construction LLC was previously cited for serious violations of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1334450, Citation # 1, Item # 2, issued on 09/20/2018 with respect to a work place located at Corner of US-22 & Walters Brook Road, Bridgewater NJ 08807. This citation became a final order on 10/03/18 (Closed)
