29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles. a) At 23916 Avernus Loop, Lot 275 Old Field, Daphne, Alabama: On or about January 14, 2021 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection while performing framing activities exposing his employees to struck-by hazards: The Israel Olmedo dba Israel Olmedo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(A)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1439877, citation 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on December 18, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1478 Majesty Loop, Lot 42 Heather Trace, Foley, Alabama.

The Israel Olmedo dba Israel Olmedo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1439877, citation 1, item number 2, group a and was affirmed as a final order on December 18, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1478 Majesty Loop, Lot 42 Heather Trace, Foley, Alabama.
