29 CFR 1910.213(m)(1): Cutting heads of wood shaper(s) were not enclosed with a cage or adjustable guard so designed so as to keep the operator's hand away from the cutting edge: (a) On or about 01/07/2021 - Shaper #15, employees were exposed to caught-in hazards when manually feeding drawer front work pieces and the wood guard above the rotating shaper bit was not adjustable to the varying height of the work pieces.
