29 CFR  1910.22(d)(1):   Walking-working surfaces were not inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition:  Workplace,  1200 Harrison Ave., Kearny, NJ  Where employees walk and work and forklifts also operate carrying cargo, the employer did not maintain walking and working surfaces in a safe condition in that there were cracks and floor holes in the concrete surface in front of loading dock bays 15, 17, 28, and 56.  Floor holes found measured up to approximately 18 inches in length by 9 inches in width by 1.5 inches in depth .     Violation occurred on or about May 5, 2021  The  U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number  1432317, citation number 1 , item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on April 3, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 34 A Street NE, Miami, Oklahoma .
