29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a. In the Corrugate Department; On or about January 11, 2021, the employer exposed employees to amputation hazards, in that maintenance employees servicing equipment such as the Day Tank and supporting equipment, pipes and valves did not have a written specific hazardous energy control procedure to ensure all energy sources were isolated.
