29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:  a. Near the front of Building #1000;  On January 15, 2021, the employer exposed two employees to 30-foot fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees, as they were in the personnel platform of an aerial lift, while conducting painting operations.
